sungolds and stone fruit

Tuesday lunch.

The last of that wheat berry salad in a very different way: tossed with radishes and their greens, purple basil, lemon pith.  Kathleen brought a pint of sungolds to work today, and with a handful of those, some olive oil, and salt, it grew up into a bright and zippy little salad indeed.

She also brought a quart of apricots and sugar plums.

We love stone fruit.  And we love salting them.
